Exam Preparation:

 

• Building exam skills

• Learn the secrets to studying the PMBOK® guide along with other course material

• Develop an understanding of the phases & structures of any management project

• Define the sequence of activities & process interactions involved in your project

• A thorough guide to answer the questions in the exam

 

Exam Review:

 

• Learn the principles of successful leadership in project management, including project definition, cost, benefit analysis, planning, scheduling, group dynamics and project completion. 

• Identify principles for successful leadership in project management

• Distinguish between projects, programs and portfolios

• Distinguish between different organization types

• Prepare a project charter and scope statement

• Prepare project work breakdown structure, project network diagrams and project schedule

• Estimate project costs and prepare a project budget

• Identify and manage project risks

• Manage relationships with project team members and other stakeholders

• Manage project issues and changes

• Achieve project quality objectives and successful project outcomes

 

Training Model - Instructor-Led
100 total hours; 4 days/week @5 hours/day; 5 total weeks

PMP® Certification Requirments:

1) 4-year degree with 3 years of Project Management experience (~4500 hours) or Secondary Degree with 5 years of Project Management experience (~7500 hours)

 

2) Completion of the 100 hours of Project Management Education, plus a certificate of completion from Modern Theory Institute.
